When you reach out to EES — by phone or through our online request form — you’re connected with a knowledgeable team member who understands wastewater. We’ll ask you a focused set of questions to understand your situation:
- What type of waste do you have? (industrial process water, leachate, tank bottoms, grease trap waste, contaminated groundwater, etc.)
- Approximate volume — gallons or tank capacity
- Is the material non-hazardous, or do you have reason to believe it may be hazardous?
- Do you have any existing manifests, test results, or Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?
- Location, access conditions, and any site-specific considerations (low clearance, confined space, pump-in-only, etc.)
You don’t need to have all the answers upfront. Our job is to ask the right questions and guide you to the right solution — not to put the burden on you to know the regulatory details.

Fast & Accurate Quote
Once we understand what you have, we provide a competitive, itemized quote. Pricing is based on several factors:
- Waste type and classification — Non-hazardous and hazardous waste streams are priced differently due to disposal facility requirements, DOT regulations, and manifesting obligations.
- Volume — Quoted per gallon, per load, or by service frequency for recurring accounts.
- Transportation distance — From your site to the licensed receiving facility.
- Analytical testing requirements — Some waste streams require profiling or lab analysis before a disposal facility will accept them. We’ll tell you upfront if that applies to your material.
- Access and equipment needs — We utilize vacuum trucks, pump tankers, roll-off containers, box trucks or van trailers for containerized waste, and more depending on the job.
We work to turn quotes around quickly for standard waste streams. For complex or unknown materials, we may request a waste sample or existing characterization data before finalizing pricing.
No surprise fees after the job. Our pricing is transparent and consistent.

- Standard service: Pickups typically available within 2-5 business days of scheduling.
- Emergency response: Same-day or next-day service available for urgent situations
- Recurring accounts: We build a service calendar around your production schedule and tank capacity
We confirm your pickup window in advance. If site conditions change — weather, access, volume — just call us and we’ll adjust.
What to have ready on pickup day
- Clear vehicle access to the tank or waste storage area
- A designated site contact who can sign documentation
- Confirm that all containerized waste is in DOT compliant non-leaking containers.
We Handle the Rest
Our drivers are trained, licensed, and experienced with both non-hazardous and hazardous waste transport under DOT regulations. Here’s what happens on-site:
Pre-job verification
The driver confirms waste type, volume, and any site-specific safety requirements before beginning work. If anything has changed since the quote, we address it immediately.
Pumping and loading
Depending on your setup, we use vacuum trucks, pump tankers, sludge boxes, rolloffs, or portable pumping equipment to transfer waste from your tank, pit, lagoon, drum, or holding area into our transport vehicle.
On-site documentation
Our drivers ensure all required documentation is completed before leaving your site including hazardous or non-hazardous waste manifests or bills of lading, and any applicable state-specific forms. You sign where required. We handle the rest.
Site cleanup
We leave your site clean. Any spills or drips during transfer are addressed before the driver departs.
Compliant Disposal & Your Documentation
All waste transported by EES is delivered to licensed, permitted receiving facilities — whether that’s a licensed wastewater treatment plant, a hazardous waste disposal facility, or another approved destination based on waste classification.
After disposal, you receive:
- Signed Manifest Copies — Your legally required documentation that waste was properly transported and received.
- Invoice — Based on actual disposal volumes which may vary +/- from quoted volumes.
- Disposal Records — For your environmental compliance files, regulatory reporting, or internal recordkeeping.
These documents are your protection. If you’re ever audited by EPA, your state environmental agency, or a customer conducting a vendor compliance review, your disposal records demonstrate that you managed your waste responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
